What is ResultSheet?
ResultSheet is a real-time TT results app that reduces admin for event organisers.
Why was ResultSheet built?
ResultSheet was launched for the 2021 Time Trial season in response to the covid pandemic where riders weren’t able to return to HQ after their race to see how they performed. The idea was simple, to offer an easy way to deliver live results to riders on their mobile devices.
The rider response was amazing, seeing people discussing results outside in the car park bought back some of the joy of the after-race banter.
As the season unfolded and lock-down restrictions eased, use of ResultSheet expanded to include an HQ Version so that people could see results on larger screens and projectors back at HQ. This bought back banter-over-tea-and-cake which, as we all know, is one of the reasons we race 😉
The new version of ResultSheet is now available
2021 was a successful test year for ResultSheet but as a service it was largely manual behind the scenes, meaning it would be difficult to offer as a scalable platform. The decision was made over the 2021 winter months to rebuild ResultSheet to enable new functionality and pricing flexibility for the 2022 season.
The latest version of ResultSheet has been in the wild for a while with a few early adopters who have kindly been helping us with testing. This phase is complete, meaning we are now opening ResultSheet up to the Time Trialling community as a whole.
What’s new?
The platform has a new look-and feel and is entirely web based, meaning it runs in the browser on your mobile and desktop device and can be accessed from anywhere. The main features include:
- Usage for both club and open events
- Easy capture of results as riders cross the line
- Real-time delivery of results to riders on their mobile devices
- An HQ version, showing live results designed for larger screens and projectors
- Real-time calculation of performance against VTTA standard times
- Import CTT start sheets and export results back to the CTT, meaning no rekeying of data
How is it priced?
At the moment ResultSheet is free to use, our focus is getting ResultSheet to a point that it makes lives easier for event organisers, removing as much of the associated admin as possible.
