How do I use my free Basic events that came with my account?
When creating a Basic event, you will be given the option to use an event credit if your club has any available. Event credits do not accumulate across ResultSheet accounts within the same club, once your club has used the event credits you will be given the option to purchase an event instead.
How do I pay for an event?
After creating your event within the app, you can select either Basic or Pro and then asked for your credit card details. Once the payment has been processed the event will be ready to use.
How does the annual subscription work?
An annual subscription is a simple yearly payment that enables your club to create as many events as required and all events will automatically be set at the Pro level, giving the best results experience. Annual subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled within the app.

We don’t offer refunds on individual events or subscriptions, if you decide to cancel your annual subscription it will remain active until it’s end date and then expire.
