The CTT today announce we are partnering with ResultSheet to enable organisers to offer live results at their events whilst also reducing admin.
ResultSheet is an app that enables organisers to enter rider results as they happen and then streams them to live results boards on riders phones and at event HQ. This enables people to see results from wherever they are and removes the need for an extra volunteer to populate a rider spreadsheet or manual results board. The ability to follow results remotely also helps generate a broader awareness via social media.
Once an event is finished, actual and VTTA results can be filtered by competition, age and gender to make prize giving easier back at HQ without needing to manually calculate awards. ResultSheet can then create a results file for uploading back to the CTT website.
ResultSheet was launched for the start of the 2021 TT season and quickly attracted a loyal community of users, with over 200 clubs now using the app. As part of this partnership, ResultSheet developed an integration with the CTT to enable startsheets to be automatically imported when setting up an event. A two-way integration is currently in development which will enable results to be automatically sent back to the CTT, meaning event organisers will no longer need to rekey data or create import files.
We are excited to partner with ResultSheet as part of our efforts to modernise the sport and make events more attractive to riders, whilst at the same time making life that bit easier for our hard working organisers.
