A ResultSheet club subscription enables you to create as many events as you wish, gives you access to the API and automatically upgrades your events to the Pro level plan for the best results experience.
To manage your club subscription, when logged into ResultSheet select the “Manage club subscription” option from the left menu or click here to be taken to the page.
Then perform the following:
- If your club doesn’t have a club subscription, you will be presented with an option to subscribe. This is an annual payment that will automatically renew until cancelled
- If your club subscription is active and you originally subscribed the club, you will be given an option to cancel the subscription
- If your club subscription is active and you weren’t the original subscriber, you will be shown who is so that you may contact them to manage the subscription
A cancelled club subscription will remain active until the end of the subscription term but will not automatically renew.
Note: if your club doesn’t have a subscription, you will also be shown an option to subscribe when paying for individual events.
Purchasing a subscription for another club
If you wished to purchase a subscription for a club other than your own, you can do this by temporarily moving to the club within ResultSheet, subscribing and then moving back to your normal club:
- When logged into ResultSheet, choose “Edit account details” from the menu
- Change your club to the club you wish to purchase the subscription for and click “Save”
- Select “Manage club subscription” from the menu and purchase the subscription as normal
- Return to the “Edit account details” page again and change your club back as normal
Note: You can only have one active subscription against your ResultSheet account at any one time. Therefore, if you have purchased a subscription for another club you will not be able to purchase any more subscriptions until it has expired
